RYO Revolution Gallery

RYO Revolution forum members "kl61" and "reene" (Kendall & Maureen) opened their mid-Michigan Smokey Mountain Tobacco store on June 6th. I visited them the following day (Saturday) and took a few pictures to share with you all. Below are the thumbnails of them infront of one of their cigar humidors as well as the fully stocked RYO/MYO sample area and a few shots of the tobacco and tube product shelves.

The thing that sets Smokey Mountain Tobacco apart from any other tobacconist I know of is the fact that they carry every D&R Tobacco blend, and Kendall will gladly customize a blend specially for you. As you can see from the photos below, they have a large assortment of tobaccos available for sampling, so every customer can be assured of getting a custom blend that matches their taste preference.

The store is much larger than I was expecting, with a wide open layout. Next time I'll try to remember to get a couple shots of the overall store including the central smoking area and the big sign out front.

If you ever make it to mid-Michigan be sure to allow plenty of time to visit our friends at Smokey Mountain Tobacco and to sample some of their diverse assortment of outstanding RYO tobaccos.
